1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Island AI ("Island AI", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of our products, connectors and websites, including LAWS, MU, the Voiceflow Facebook Connector and other tools offered at product.islandai.co (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

Island AI offers software products on a subscription basis. We may add, modify or discontinue features at any time. Specific features, limits and support levels for each product are described on the relevant product page or order.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing, billing & renewals

• Prices for each product are shown on product.islandai.co and are stated in the currency indicated. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for each billing cycle.
• We may change prices; we will give reasonable notice and any change takes effect at your next renewal.

5. Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in writing, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, infringing or fraudulent purpose;
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent usage limits or security of the Services;
• Introduce malware, overload our infrastructure, or interfere with other users;
• Use the Services to generate unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content, or to violate any third-party platform's rules.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services ("Your Content"). You grant Island AI a limited licence to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents to submit it.

8. Third-party platforms

Certain products connect to third-party platforms — for example, the Voiceflow Facebook Connector interacts with Voiceflow and Meta/Facebook. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes or actions. You are responsible for complying with the requirements of any platform you connect to.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos and content (other than Your Content), are owned by Island AI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

10. AI output disclaimer

Some Services use artificial intelligence to generate output. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for your assistance only. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it, and Island AI is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Island AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Island AI and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of the Services, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that may harm Island AI, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Island AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
